Who May List Events?

WHO MAY LIST EVENTS?

• For the first year of operation, only nonprofit arts and cultural organizations or public institutions may list events on the A4N calendar. Your event must be open to the general public (it may be free or ticketed), and you must provide proof of your nonprofit status via your 501(c)(3) EIN (employment identification number) during the registration process.
• For-profit arts venues and businesses as well as nonprofit arts organizations and  public institutions may advertise via banners on home and local pages.
• A4N reserves the right to screen all submissions for appropriate content.

WHAT ABOUT INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS?

• The first year of the A4N calendar will accept listings from nonprofit organizations and public institutions only. Future A4N updates will include sections for individual artists to provide a variety of information to the public
• If you are presenting your work at a venue (art gallery, theatre, college or city space), encourage the sponsoring group to list your activity on the A4N Calendar or purchase a banner to promote your activity.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO LIST MY EVENT?

• There is no cost to non-profit organizations or public institutions who wish to list their events.
• For-profit venues and businesses as well as nonprofit arts organizations may advertise through paid banner spaces.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO ADVERTISE VIA BANNER SPACE?

• Banner advertising will be available on each page of the A4N calendar.
• Rates will be kept low for the first year to encourage participation and support of the calendar by both non and for-profit arts groups and businesses.
• Non-profit rates are $25.00 per month per banner, per county.
• For-profit rates are $50.00 per month per banner, per county.
