VEXILLUM: Flags as Cultural and Political Objects Reception

VEXILLUM surveys six contemporary artists utilizing flags both in form and in their role historically as political and cultural objects. Curated by members of the Holland Project Gallery Committee, the exhibition highlights works by Natalie Baxter (New York City), Megan Berner (Reno), Thomas Vincent Chapel (Reno), Jennifer Graham (Reno), Christopher Martin (San Francisco), and Erick Medel (Providence). The show will run May 11 - 24, 2018 with a free public reception on May 17 from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
