Nevada Chamber Symphony Calendar/Events
Established in 1985, the Nevada Chamber Symphony is recognized as one of the premiere small orchestras in the Southwest. Under the direction of Rodolfo Fernandez, a native of Chile, S.A, the orchestra, comprised of local professional musicians, presents its annual concert series in the theater of the Clark County Library, one of the most central community performance venues in the Las Vegas Valley. Located at 1401 E. Flamingo Road, the library is easily accessible to both citizen and visitor.
The concert series runs from October thru March and includes a special family concert Home for the Holidays in December and a children's concert For the Love of Music in February.
The Nevada Chamber Symphony is a registered non-profit association in the state of Nevada and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization by the IRS. Primary funding support comes from the people of the Las Vegas Valley and is supplemented by both state and national grants. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
