Carson Valley Arts Council

The Carson Valley Arts Council (CVAC) was incorporated in the State of Nevada in September 2004 and granted 501(c)(3) status in August 2005. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life for the Western Nevada/Lake Tahoe region and strengthen
cultural tourism to stimulate the local economy through presentation and promotion of cultural events that provide educational and experiential opportunities in the five disciplines of performance, visual, literary, music, and dance arts.
