Priscilla Fowler is a mixed media artist whose abstract 2D, bas-relief, and assemblage work strongly evokes natural forms. Fowler has shown in and near Las Vegas, Nevada, Denver, Colorado, and nationally, in solo, juried, and group shows. Recent exhibits include a solo at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, and two-artist shows at the Lincoln Center Gallery in Fort Collins, The Dairy Art Center in Boulder, and Mai Wyn Fine Art in Denver. She has been a member of Pirate Contemporary Art and Sliding Door Gallery in Denver.
Priscilla Fowler holds a BFA, Summa Cum Laude, 2001, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh). She lived, worked, and exhibited in Denver and along the Front Range for 15 years and recently moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, where she continues her art practice and also owns and runs Priscilla Fowler Fine Art, a contemporary art gallery. Prior to becoming an artist, she worked for 30 years in the software business, most recently at Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute, a think tank on software innovation and diffusion.
